Redeye: Image Systems - Large rights issue will provide financial flexibility

The rights issue as such is no surprise since the acquisition of Limab earlier this year was expected to be financed partly by equity. SEK 66 m is however more than we anticipated and consequently the dilution will weigh on our valuation. The Q3-report was very much in line with expectations allthough order bookings are still quite weak and some cause for concern.
