    Born 1966. Board member since May 2022 and appointed interim CEO as of 14 December 2025

    Born 1977, CEO since 2026

    Erik has more than 20 years of experience in business development within wood processing and related industries, and 11 years of experience as CEO. Erik holds an MSc in Forestry and Business Administration from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). Prior to joining RemaSawco, Erik served as CEO of Boardic Group and has also held the position as Head of Business Development within the AB Karl Hedin Group, focusing on growth, profitability improvements and execution of strategic initiatives.

    Andreas started his employment as CEO for Motion Analysis September 1, 2025 and has previously held several senior roles such as CTO and Head of Development at international B2B SaaS companies. Andreas holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University.

    Born 1974, Finance Manager since 2020.

    Employed in 2011 as controller for Image Systems Group. Lotta is an economist and previously had several roles in controlling, Finance Manager at Metrima Energy AB and Group Controller at Technology Nexus AB.

    Lotta Öfverström owns 10,333 shares in Image Systems and 200,000 warrants in 2023/2026.

  • Per Skogsberg Chief Communications Officer - CCO

    Born 1965, CCO since 2026

    Employed in 2022 as Head of Marketing & Communication for RemaSawco.
    Per has a long career within the defence group Saab and the defence and commercial aviation sectors where he held several leadership roles in international business and commercial aviation. Since 2015 Per has focused on strategic marketing and communication, including IR.
