Nomination Committee appointed for Image Systems AB

Anders Fransson, Chair of the Board, has convened the Nomination Committee, which consists of:

• Hans Karlsson, appointed by Tibia Konsult AB
• Thomas Wernhoff, representing his own shareholding and Horninge AB
• Hans Malm, representing his own shareholding

The Nomination Committee has appointed Hans Karlsson as its Chair.

In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee will evaluate the composition and work of the Board and prepare proposals for the 2027 Annual General Meeting concerning:

• election of Board members and the Chair of the Board;
• election of the auditor, in cooperation with the Audit Committee;
• remuneration of Board members and auditors;
• election of the Chair of the Annual General Meeting; and
• where appropriate, amendments to the principles for appointing future Nomination Committees.

Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so by email to valberedning@imagesystems.se, using the subject line “To the Nomination Committee”, or by post to Image Systems Nomination Committee, Image Systems AB, Snickaregatan 40, SE-582 26 Linköping, Sweden, no later than 31 January 2027.

Shareholders wishing to have a matter considered at the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2027 must submit a written request to the Chair of the Board at the postal address above. Requests must be received no later than 25 March 2027 to ensure that the matter can be included in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
