New number of shares and votes in Image Systems AB
The number of shares and votes in Image Systems AB (publ) (”Image Systems”) has been changed during September 2026 as a result of the Company’s rights issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders, which was resolved by the Board of Directors on 17 July 2026, and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 12 August 2026 ("the Rights Issue").
Through the Rights Issue, the number of shares and votes has increased by 35 683 127. As of 30 September 2026, the total number of shares and votes in Image Systems amounts to 124 890 945.
