Image Systems’ Business Area RemaSawco Receives Order from Swedish Sawmill Industry Company Worth Approximately SEK 7.2 Million

RemaSawco has signed an agreement with a Swedish company in the sawmill industry. The agreement includes the delivery of two complete Log Sorting Stations for both of the company’s sawmills, as well as an upgrade of existing scanner frames in the sawline. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 7.2 million.

The agreement covers the delivery of two complete log sorting stations for the customer’s two sawmills. The solution for the new log sorting stations includes, among other components, RS-LogScanner3D scanner frames with the RS-715 log measurement and sorting system, the RS-FlexCon operator chair, and the RS-Opt optimization software. Additionally, the agreement includes a support level agreement (SLA).

In addition to the two new log sorting stations, the existing scanner frames in each sawmill’s sawline will be upgraded with new cameras and software.

The total order value is approximately SEK 7.2 million and the order is booked in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Delivery, installation, and commissioning are scheduled for the summer of 2025.
