Image System's business area RemaSawco receives an order from Holmen for approximately SEK 6.2 million

RemaSawco AB has signed an agreement with Holmen Wood Products AB for an upgrade of the company's sawmill Braviken outside Norrköping. The agreement includes another board scanner with automatic strength measurement, grading and sorting for the planning mill at an order value of approximately SEK 6.2 million + any options.

Holmen's sawmill Braviken outside Norrköping is Scandinavia's most modern sawmill, and they are now choosing to upgrade once again by equipping the planing mill with RemaSawco's market-leading board scanner RS-BoardScannerQ. This is also equipped with automatic strength measurement and sorting and the RS-EndSorter camera for strength classification according to US No2. In addition, Holmen has signed a new support agreement for the RS-BoardScannerQ currently in operation in the dry sorter.

Delivery, installation and commissioning will take place in October 2024.
